UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative UI/UX Designer to enhance their digital product offerings. This role is integral to crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for their online platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into seamless digital interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, create user personas, and map user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the faithful implementation of UI/UX designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design , with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles , information architecture, and usability heuristics.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model , balancing independent work with team collaboration.
