Key Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and execute creative and appealing menus for various catering events.

• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen brigade, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume catering or hospitality environment.
