This pivotal role involves sourcing and placing essential talent for the region's significant mining and resource sector. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with mining operations, understanding their technical and operational needs, and attracting skilled professionals, from engineers and geologists to operators and management. This hybrid role allows for direct engagement with local industry and flexible remote work for broader candidate reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key client relationships within the mining and resources sector in the North West province.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of roles, including technical, operational, and management positions.
• Gain a deep understanding of the mining lifecycle, specific roles, and required skill sets.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring efficient and effective placements.
• Provide clients with insights into the talent market for the mining and resources industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with a proven specialization in the mining, resources, or heavy industry sectors.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical, engineering, and operational roles within these industries.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
