Project Manager - Development Programs

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee key development programs for their charitable initiatives. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to manage projects impacting communities across various regions from anywhere. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively, driving positive social outcomes for beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the non-profit or development sector.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to closure.


• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
