Operations Efficiency Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive Operations Efficiency Engineer to join their team in Mahikeng . This role is dedicated to enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of all operational processes within the organization. You will be responsible for analyzing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and developing and implementing data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies and projects to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma principles and tools to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and document new or improved processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor operational performance using key metrics and provide regular reports on progress and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or efficiency engineering.
• Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies, preferably with Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management and leading change initiatives.
