Key Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction.
• Design and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with production staff and management to troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment and technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Conduct time studies, workflow analyses, and capacity planning to optimize resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering role, focusing on process optimization.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands‑on approach to engineering challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
