About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Strategy Consultant to join their team in Vereeniging . You will be responsible for guiding clients through complex strategic challenges, developing innovative solutions, and driving business growth. You will work with senior client leadership, shaping the future direction of their organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate compelling strategic recommendations based on rigorous analysis.
• Lead client engagements, managing project teams and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with client executives.
• Advise clients on strategic choices related to market expansion, product development, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the consulting team.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Business or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and business model innovation.
• Proven experience in leading and managing client engagements.
• Exceptional quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders in both remote and in-person settings.
