About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with artists to ensure aesthetic consistency and environmental storytelling.
- Work closely with programmers to implement and refine level mechanics and interactions.
- Playtest levels rigorously, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to enhance player experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Game Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing level design work.
- Proficiency with industry-standard game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Strong understanding of level design principles, including pacing, flow, environmental storytelling, and player guidance.
- Experience with 3D modeling and environment art tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team setting.
