About the Role
Our client, a dynamic Recruitment Consultancy , is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Mahikeng, North West . You will work closely with experienced consultants, supporting them throughout the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to initial screening and interview coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Screen candidate applications and conduct initial phone interviews to assess basic qualifications.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and senior consultants or hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping of recruitment activities.
- Support the broader recruitment team with administrative tasks and market research.
- Learn and apply recruitment best practices under the guidance of experienced professionals in Mahikeng .
Requirements
- A strong interest in a career within recruitment consultancy .
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and a willingness to learn new software, including ATS.
