About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Skincare Consultant for a fully remote position based out of Stellenbosch. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients towards achieving optimal skin health through expert advice and personalized care plans. You will utilize your extensive knowledge of dermatology, ingredients, and treatment protocols to deliver exceptional virtual consultations. Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth virtual skin analysis and provide comprehensive consultations to a diverse clientele. Develop and customize advanced skincare regimens, recommending appropriate products and treatments. Educate clients on skin health, ingredient efficacy, and proper application techniques through various digital platforms. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in dermatology, cosmetic science, and skincare trends. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior skincare consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Skincare Specialist, Esthetician, or Dermatologist's Assistant. In-depth understanding of dermatological conditions, ingredients, and treatment modalities. Proven ability to conduct effective online consultations and build strong client rapport remotely. Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with virtual consultation platforms and digital client management systems.
