About the Role

Our client seeks a visionary Blockchain Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level blockchain solutions in Richards Bay . You will be responsible for defining the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for blockchain initiatives that enhance business processes, improve security, and create new opportunities. This role requires a deep understanding of various blockchain technologies, distributed ledger systems, and their application in business contexts. You will collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and robust blockchain architectures. Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance blockchain solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Evaluate and select appropriate blockchain platforms, consensus mechanisms, and technologies.
• Develop technical standards, blueprints, and best practices for blockchain implementation.
• Collaborate with development teams to guide the implementation of blockchain solutions.
• Assess the feasibility of blockchain applications and provide technical guidance to business units.
• Stay current with emerging blockchain trends, tools, and protocols, and advise on their potential adoption.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in software architecture and solution design, with a focus on distributed systems.
• In-depth knowledge of various blockchain platforms (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum, Corda) and their use cases.
• Understanding of cryptography, distributed ledger technology, and consensus algorithms.
• Experience in designing and implementing smart contracts and decentralized applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
