About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Network Operations Manager to lead their network operations team. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of our telecommunications network, ensuring its stability, performance, and security. You will manage a team of network engineers and technicians, coordinating maintenance, incident response, and system upgrades. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of network engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Oversee the monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the company's telecommunications network infrastructure.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and best practices for network management.
• Manage network incident response, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in network operations and management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and operational best practices.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring technical teams.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and incident management systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
