About the Role

Our client is seeking an energetic and experienced Retail Sales Lead to guide their sales team and enhance customer engagement at their store in Mahikeng . As a Sales Lead, you will be instrumental in driving sales performance, mentoring associates, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice and recommendations.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and visual merchandising standards.
• Train and coach new sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Conduct preliminary sales analysis and report findings to store management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail sales role with demonstrated success in meeting targets.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a retail setting is advantageous.
