About the Role

Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Retail Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Mahikeng . You will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing displays that attract customers and enhance the shopping experience. This role requires a strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to translate brand aesthetics into compelling store presentations. You will play a key role in shaping the store's atmosphere and driving product sales through impactful displays in the North West province.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative visual merchandising plans for the store.
• Create engaging product displays, window arrangements, and in-store layouts.
• Ensure all merchandising adheres to brand standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with store management and sales staff to execute merchandising strategies.
• Maintain the visual integrity of the store, ensuring displays are updated and well-maintained.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for stock replenishment to support visual displays.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar creative retail role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual merchandising skills and creative display work.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, layout design, and retail trends.
• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and translate them into impactful visual strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel occasionally for training or store support in Mahikeng .
