About the Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and expert Remote Early Literacy Specialist to guide the development and implementation of early literacy programs and resources. In this fully remote role, you will leverage your deep understanding of reading acquisition and early childhood education to create engaging and effective literacy strategies. You will work closely with curriculum developers, instructional designers, and content creators to build materials that foster a love of reading and foundational literacy skills in young children. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine early literacy curricula, lesson plans, and learning activities for various age groups.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Literacy, or a related field, with a specialization in early literacy.
• Significant experience in developing and implementing early literacy programs and interventions.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Strong knowledge of phonics, phonemic awareness, vocabulary development, and comprehension strategies.
• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
