About the Role

Our client is seeking a licensed and experienced Aesthetician to provide exceptional skincare services at their clinic in Randburg . This hybrid role allows for a blend of in-person treatments and potential remote client consultations or administrative tasks. You will be responsible for performing a variety of treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and waxing, while educating clients on skincare best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin analyses and recommend personalized facial treatments and skincare regimens.
• Administer a range of aesthetic procedures such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and waxing.
• Educate clients on product ingredients, benefits, and at-home skincare routines.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety protocols within the treatment area.
• Stay current with the latest advancements and techniques in the aesthetics industry.

Requirements

• Valid Aesthetician license or certification.
• Proven experience performing a variety of aesthetic treatments.
• In-depth knowledge of skin types, conditions, and cosmetic ingredients.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a clinic setting.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software and relevant technology.
