About the Role

As our Web & Mobile Quality Assurance Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring every digital product we deliver is reliable, visually accurate, and ready for launch. Working closely with developers, designers, and project managers, you will validate functionality, identify bugs, compare builds against design specifications, and help maintain the high standards our clients expect.

This role goes beyond simply finding bugs. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about user experience, understands the importance of consistency across devices, and enjoys being the final quality checkpoint before a project goes live.

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform quality assurance testing across websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Compare completed builds against Figma designs to ensure visual accuracy and consistency.
• Identify, document, and prioritise bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots, and supporting information.
• Validate user journeys and ensure expected functionality performs correctly.
• Conduct regression testing following updates, fixes, and deployments.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify usability concerns and opportunities to improve the overall user experience.
• Create and maintain test cases, QA checklists, and testing documentation where required.
• Continuously contribute ideas to improve internal QA processes and product quality.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in web and mobile quality assurance.
• Previous experience working within a digital agency, software company, or product development environment.
• Strong understanding of responsive websites, mobile applications, and modern user interface patterns.
• Experience validating completed builds against Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience using project management and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce detailed bug reports.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience working within Agile or sprint based development teams is beneficial.
