About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive curriculum frameworks for online courses, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and assessment strategies.
• Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including video scripts, interactive modules, and facilitator guides, leveraging modern instructional design principles.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex information into accessible and effective learning content.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing curriculum to incorporate feedback and emerging educational trends.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to structure, deploy, and manage online course content effectively.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and provide ongoing support to educators and facilitators utilizing the developed curriculum.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, with a significant focus on online learning environments.
• Proven expertise in using instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and pedagogical best practices for digital education.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Canvas is essential.
