DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties & Responsibilities

• 1.Prepare, clean, cut, and portion chicken according to specifications.
• Marinate, season, and bread chicken following recipe and procedures.
• 2.Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety when handling raw chicken.
• 3.Check chicken for freshness and quality before preparation.
• 4.Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure freshness and reduce waste.
• 5.Store raw chicken safely at correct temperatures.
• 6.Keep prep area, tools, and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
• 7.Support kitchen operations by assisting cooks and other team members during busy periods.
• 8.Follow operational standards, policies, and health and safety regulations.
• 9.Report stock shortages, equipment issues, or food safety concerns to the supervisor/manager.

10.Desired Experience & Qualification

• 11.Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen work (advantageous).
• 12.Ability to follow recipes and standard operating procedures consistently.
• 13.Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
• 14.Good teamwork and communication skills.
• 15.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 16.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
