Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction activities, including framing, concrete work, and finishing.


• Learn and operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.


• Maintain a clean and organized construction site, ensuring materials and tools are managed properly.


• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members closely.


• Assist in site preparation and cleanup.


• Understand and implement basic safety procedures on construction sites.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn multiple construction trades.


• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.


• Good teamwork and communication skills.
