Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced artisans in the operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Learn to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to understand manufacturing specifications.
• Participate in hands-on training for various artisanal skills relevant to the manufacturing industry (e.g., machining, fitting, welding).
• Adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
• Engage actively in remote learning modules, online courses, and theoretical instruction provided as part of the apprenticeship.
• Contribute to maintaining workshop organization and cleanliness, ensuring tools and equipment are well-cared for.
