About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a remote team of mechanical engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related advanced technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Extensive experience with CAD/CAE software (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL, CATIA) and a strong understanding of simulation methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from concept to production.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a remote team effectively.
