Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design strategy and execution for large-scale, complex architectural projects.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to design teams.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Oversee project quality, ensuring innovation, sustainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to business development and the acquisition of new projects.
- Ensure all designs meet stringent quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of post-graduate architectural experience with a proven track record of leading significant projects.
- Master's degree in Architecture and full professional registration with SACAP.
- Expert knowledge of BIM technologies and advanced architectural software.
- Exceptional understanding of urban planning, sustainable design principles, and construction management.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
