Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of bills of quantities and cost estimates.
• Support the tendering process, including tender analysis and negotiation.
• Assist in managing construction contracts and monitoring project costs.
• Prepare interim payment valuations and final accounts.
• Undertake site visits to monitor progress and verify claims.
• Maintain accurate financial records and project documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and cost management principles .
• Proficiency in using measurement software and estimating tools is an advantage.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
