About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Industrial Engineering Specialist to lead critical operational improvement initiatives in Mahikeng . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced industrial engineering solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Optimize facility layouts, material flow, and production systems to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and manage project plans for major operational upgrades and new system implementations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of industrial engineers and technicians.
• Analyze operational data, prepare detailed reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a strong focus on operational strategy and implementation.
• Deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and process optimization techniques.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale operational improvement projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and project management software.
