About the Role
Our client is searching for a skilled Electrical Systems Design Engineer to join their innovative team, operating in a remote capacity. This role requires a proactive individual capable of designing, analyzing, and optimizing electrical systems from a distance. You will be responsible for creating robust electrical designs, ensuring system integrity, and collaborating virtually with cross-functional teams to bring projects to fruition. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems, schematics, and control logic for various applications.
- Perform detailed analysis of electrical systems, including load calculations and power distribution studies.
- Create comprehensive design documentation, including technical specifications and bills of materials.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and other engineers through virtual platforms.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for electrical systems remotely.
- Ensure designs adhere to relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical system design and engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software for electrical design (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks Electrical).
- Strong understanding of power systems, control panels, and automation.
- Experience with simulation tools for electrical systems analysis.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
