Virtual Fitness Instructor

About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and certified Virtual Fitness Instructor to join their expanding online fitness platform. This is a fully remote position, requiring you to deliver engaging and effective fitness classes via live streaming and on‑demand content. You will have the opportunity to inspire clients globally, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals from the comfort of their homes. We seek instructors who are creative, energetic, and possess excellent virtual communication skills to build a strong rapport with online participants and foster a positive virtual fitness community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic and motivating live fitness classes across various disciplines (e.g., yoga, HIIT, strength training, cardio).
• Create and record high-quality on‑demand fitness content for the client's digital library.
• Engage with participants before, during, and after classes to provide encouragement and support.
• Develop personalized workout plans or modifications based on individual client needs and goals.
• Stay current with fitness trends and continuously update class offerings to maintain engagement.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure a safe and effective workout environment during all sessions.

Requirements

• Nationally recognized fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA).
• Proven experience in teaching group fitness classes, preferably in a virtual setting.
• Excellent command of English with clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home studio space.
• Ability to adapt teaching style to different fitness levels and provide modifications.
• Experience with live‑streaming platforms and video recording equipment is a plus.
