Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A recognized diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a childcare setting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
• In-depth knowledge of ECD legislation, curriculum frameworks, and best practices.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
