About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Childcare Centre Manager to lead their early learning centre in Polokwane. This vital role involves overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with educational standards and safety regulations, and fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will be responsible for implementing high-quality childcare programs, building strong relationships with parents, and supporting the professional development of your team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development, Education Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within a childcare setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of early childhood education best practices and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and operational processes.
