You will be the face of their beauty brand, providing expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers on skincare, makeup, and fragrance. This role requires a passion for beauty products, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales. You will work in a dynamic retail environment, assisting customers, managing inventory, and contributing to an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, assessing their beauty needs and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product usage and application techniques effectively.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain an attractive and well-organized product display, ensuring stock is replenished and presented professionally.
• Stay up-to-date with new product launches, promotions, and beauty industry trends.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, particularly within the beauty or cosmetics industry, is highly desirable.
• A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and makeup.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
