About the Role

Our client is seeking a nurturing and reliable Nursery Assistant to support the care and education of young children in their facility in Richards Bay. This position focuses on providing a safe, happy, and stimulating environment where children can play, learn, and grow. You will work closely with experienced educators, assisting with daily routines, activities, and ensuring the overall well-being of each child. Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing daily activities for children.
• Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods, ensuring their safety.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment for the children.
• Support children's personal care needs, including feeding and hygiene routines.
• Observe children's interactions and development, reporting any concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a childcare or nursery setting is advantageous.
