UX/UI Designer - Digital Platforms

About the Role

You will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity interface design. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, A/B testing results, and performance data.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, essential for remote teamwork.
