Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and development of architectural designs for diverse projects.
• Guide and mentor a team of architectural designers, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.

• Ensure design quality, innovation, and adherence to project briefs and technical requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage complex design projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating innovative design thinking and execution.
• Proficiency in leading design software such as Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural theory, history, and contemporary design trends.
