About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a variety of community-based sports programs and events suitable for all ages and skill levels.
• Foster strong relationships with local schools, community centers, and sports clubs to maximize participation and resource sharing.
• Manage program budgets, including tracking expenses, securing sponsorships, and reporting on financial outcomes.
• Develop marketing materials and utilize social media platforms to promote upcoming events and programs.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to assist with program delivery and event execution.
• Monitor program effectiveness through data collection and participant feedback, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sports management, community development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of various sports disciplines and their respective community engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects remotely and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
