You will be responsible for providing a full range of hair styling, cutting, and coloring services, as well as building and maintaining a loyal client base. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services for a diverse clientele.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, assess hair condition, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Stay abreast of the latest hair trends, techniques, and product innovations in the industry.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, adhering to salon hygiene standards.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business and positive referrals.

Requirements

• A recognized hairdressing qualification or certification.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience as a professional hair stylist.
• Expertise in various hair coloring techniques (e.g., balayage, highlights, full color) and cutting styles.
• Strong knowledge of hair care products and treatments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
