Remote Civil Engineering Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and direction to a remote team of civil engineers on diverse infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution phases of multiple projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and implement project management best practices for remote teams, including communication protocols and progress tracking.
• Ensure all engineering designs and deliverables meet stringent quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree or P.Eng designation is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience and success in leading remote engineering teams and managing projects virtually.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills adapted for a remote setting.
• Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.
