About the Role

Our client, a prominent entity in the FMCG industry , is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee operations in Rustenburg . Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee all aspects of logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation for FMCG products.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of quality raw materials and finished goods.
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency and identify areas for enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management , preferably within the FMCG sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex logistics operations and optimize inventory levels.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.
