About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Operations Director to oversee operations across multiple sites, operating on a remote-first model. This senior leadership role is responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, ensuring consistency and excellence across all regional operations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of operational management, and the ability to drive significant improvements in efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction, leveraging remote collaboration tools and methodologies. This position is crucial for scaling operations and maintaining high performance standards remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies for the assigned region, driving efficiency and profitability.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to operations managers and teams across multiple remote locations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all operational functions, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence through effective remote management and communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operational activities with broader business goals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in senior Operations Management or a similar leadership role, preferably with multi-site responsibility.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful operational strategies that deliver tangible business results.
• Strong understanding of remote team management, operational best practices, and performance metrics.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
