About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide array of advanced facial treatments, including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser therapies, tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and assessments, utilizing diagnostic tools to identify specific skin concerns and conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and skincare regimens for clients to achieve optimal results.
• Train and mentor junior estheticians, ensuring adherence to service standards, safety protocols, and client care best practices.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and equipment, and liaise with suppliers to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and product innovations in the esthetics field.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician , with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Advanced certifications in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, or specialized facial techniques.
• Comprehensive knowledge of dermatological conditions and ingredients.
• Exceptional client consultation and communication skills, with a focus on building long‑term relationships.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of skincare professionals.
• Proficiency with various skincare equipment and technologies.
