About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Management Consultant with a strong focus on strategy to join their team in Mahikeng. This role involves developing and implementing growth strategies, market entry plans, and competitive positioning for clients. You will lead client engagements, providing expert advice and data-driven insights to C-suite executives. The position offers a hybrid work model, enabling close collaboration with clients on-site while also providing the flexibility of remote work, fostering innovation and strategic thinking within the diverse business environment of the North West province.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of corporate and business unit strategies.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, identifying growth opportunities and competitive threats.
• Advise clients on strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, and organizational restructuring.
• Develop compelling business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Manage client relationships at the executive level, ensuring satisfaction and successful outcomes.
• Mentor and develop junior members of the consulting team.

Requirements

• MBA or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Proven track record of successfully advising senior leadership on complex strategic decisions.
• Expertise in strategic frameworks, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in a hybrid work environment, balancing client needs and remote collaboration.
