Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in client relations , account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and relationship management tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to client management.
• Understanding of the company's products and services, or the ability to quickly learn them.
