About the Role

Our client, a well-established Recruitment Consultancy , is looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to focus on Industrial & Technical roles within the Nelspruit area. This position is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys the challenge of finding skilled tradespeople, engineers, and technical specialists for manufacturing, operations, and infrastructure clients in Mpumalanga . You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates in these essential sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for industrial and technical positions, such as technicians, engineers, plant managers, and skilled trades.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
• Understand the technical requirements and safety standards pertinent to these roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficient and effective placements.
• Utilize specialized sourcing channels and networks to attract relevant talent.
• Provide clients with market insights on availability and compensation for technical roles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment , with a specialization in Industrial or Technical recruitment .
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering disciplines, and technical skill sets.
• Proven ability to source candidates through various methods, including trade-specific platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the industrial landscape in Nelspruit and surrounding areas.
• A relevant technical qualification or HR degree is a plus.
