About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Facilities Sanitation Manager to oversee sanitation operations for multiple sites, potentially servicing the Mahikeng region and beyond, entirely from a remote location. This key role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive sanitation programs, managing budgets, overseeing remote teams or contractors, and ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards. You will leverage technology to track performance, manage resources, and maintain exceptional hygiene across all managed facilities, driving best practices and operational excellence from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust sanitation policies and procedures for various facility types.
• Manage sanitation budgets, including procurement of supplies and equipment.
• Oversee and coordinate remote cleaning teams or third-party service providers.
• Conduct remote assessments and quality control checks to ensure standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Analyze sanitation data to identify trends, implement improvements, and report on performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in facilities management, sanitation, or environmental health, preferably in a management capacity.
