Lead UX Designer - Interactive Experiences

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead UX Designer to spearhead the design of exceptional interactive experiences for their digital platforms. You will lead a team of UX designers, guiding them in creating user-centered designs that are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of user research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing, all applied within a fully remote setting. You will play a crucial part in shaping the future of user interaction for innovative arts and entertainment applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, providing direction and feedback.
• Develop user research strategies, conduct usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Create wireframes, user flows, personas, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with UI designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of UX solutions.
• Define and maintain UX standards and best practices across all projects.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX Design , with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven experience leading UX design teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma , Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex interactive product design and user research initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration.
