About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments via video conferencing and other digital platforms.


• Develop personalized social support plans and provide virtual counseling and guidance.

• Maintain detailed electronic client records and track progress towards established goals.


• Collaborate with remote colleagues and external agencies to ensure integrated service delivery.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.


• Professional registration with a relevant regulatory body (e.g., SACSSP).


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work or a related advisory role.


• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.


• Excellent digital literacy, including proficiency with video conferencing and case management software.
