About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Retail Store Manager to oversee operations in their George location. You will be responsible for leading a team, driving sales performance, managing inventory, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience that aligns with our brand values. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and uphold customer service standards.
• Manage store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, cash management, and loss prevention.

Requirements
