About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Mechanical Engineer to spearhead their remote engineering initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex mechanical systems and products from concept to production.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of mechanical engineers and designers working remotely.
• Define project requirements, scope, and technical objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Oversee and conduct advanced engineering analysis , simulations, and validation testing.
• Champion best practices in mechanical design, quality assurance, and project management within a remote framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to drive innovation and continuous improvement across engineering disciplines.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a related advanced technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering, with a significant portion in leadership roles.
• Proven experience in designing and managing complex mechanical projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in CAD/CAE tools , advanced simulation techniques, and design for manufacturing (DFM).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead remote teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
