Supply Chain Analyst - FMCG (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join their fully remote team, supporting operations across their FMCG business. This position is crucial for optimizing inventory levels, improving logistics efficiency, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods from production to market. You will leverage data analytics to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and contribute to cost reduction initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data, including inventory levels, lead times, transportation costs, and delivery performance.
• Develop and maintain supply chain performance dashboards and reports for management review.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements throughout the supply chain.
• Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, sales) and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to meet customer needs while minimizing carrying costs.
• Assist in the implementation of new supply chain technologies and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or operations, preferably in FMCG .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Experience with ERP and SCM software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for a remote role.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
