Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly upon entry to the store.
• Assist customers in finding products and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is clean and well-organized.
• Manage inventory, including receiving stock and restocking shelves.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through excellent customer engagement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic math skills for handling transactions.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the store schedule in East London .
