About the Role Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their dynamic team in George . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated machine learning models that drive innovation across our product suite. This role involves working on cutting-edge problems, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable ML solutions, contributing significantly to the company's technological advancements in a hybrid work setting. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models. Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment. Collaborate with software engineers and data analysts to integrate ML models into production systems. Conduct thorough data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance. Stay current with state-of-the-art ML research and techniques. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmap discussions. Requirements Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Strong understanding of various ML techniques including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
